My name is Vincent Otten. I am the founder and owner of Custom Built Cabintery. Since the age of 19 cabinetry has been my proffession and trade. Starting out working in a small local cabinet shop making doors, I new this was going to be my career choice. This job led me to a larger company called "Mid American Mastercrafts" of St. Louis MO where I constructed cabinets and doors for a wide variety of projects and gained much experience about the industry. |

| While working with "Mid American Mastercrafts" friends and neighbors asked if I would like to do some small projects on the side, which eventually led to larger side projects. Realizing the demand for cabintery while maintaining a full time job and doing side jobs from my small garage, I decided to build a larger workshop at home. The larger workshop allowed me to continue with side jobs as the scope and detail has grown with each job. The corporate aircraft industry had provided me with full time employment for fourteen years. Working this industry, I have gained great knowledge and skill creating high quality and detailed cabinets for aircraft owners such as: Harrison Ford; John Travolta; Robin Williams; Jimmy Buffet; Reba Mckentire and corporations such as: Anheiser Busch; Emereson Electric and S.C. Johnsson Wax. The work load has grown ever since by a large "word of mouth" clientell. Around 1996 I created my own company called "Custom Built Cabintery". Since the local area has developed so has Custom Built Cabinetry. In 2006 we saw the need for this website in order to expand the business even further. I take great pride in my craftsmanship and enjoy what I do. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you create the kitchen or cabinet of your dreams.
